reserved parking family room clean bedding
The proximity to desired spots and reserved parking were convenient. our family room felt spacious enough. i appreciated the attentive care to cleanliness. Fresh bedding and towels felt so nice.
the small games room was nice, but some games was worn.

Okay stay but some issues
friendly host tower view parking fee outdated room
The staff was friendly! The guy at the front desk were great too. He even put a fan in my room before I arrived because I was on the top floor with a tower view, I was super happy about that!
I had to pay extra to park on the hotel, I wasn't aware of that! The room was outdated. Everything inside it was old. I think some refurbishment would be nice.

The staff were helpful. They assisted with carrying luggage. The room was clean with sufficient towels. Parking was available, convenient.
The shower lacked pressure and was in disrepair. The bed was not comfortable. The duvet provided was thin, and the radiator did not work (it made the room cold).
